Bøje Andersen Spedition A/S was founded in 1974 by forwarder J. Bøje Andersen, who started in rented facilities within the rampart of Fredericia. The company among other lived in the "Gamle Købestævne" (the old fair of Fredericia), before moving to own warehouse and office facilities in Nr. Brogade 109, Fredericia in the year 1985.

1. January 1992 the company, until then a private company, was converted to a limited company, and Flemming Hansen as a part of a generational change, took the stock majority as well as the everyday management.

Throughout the 90-ties the activities grew, and the facilities in Nr. Brogade rapidly became too small, and the company took next step into the new centuries, when starting the construction of a complete new terminal and office facilities in the central part of the triangle area - Taulov.

The new facilities of 2000 m2 terminal, warehouse and administration were ready in December 1997.

The company is with the strategic chosen location, placed in an advantageous position regarding as well national as international distribution.

The company is with the correct location in an advantageous distribution area in Denmark and towards Scandinavia and the Baltic, well equipped in the new millennium, and further more the steady growth of the company, now indicate next step - the expansion of the warehouse with another 2000 m2, so by June 2002 the company will be able to offer 4000 m2 warehouse facilities.
